Gate cameras mounted high for vehicle coverage usually need repositioning before they can identify people, and we tell you that during the free feasibility check rather than after a purchase order. What is the best attendance system for a factory?

One that does not create a queue and does not depend on fingerprint quality. On sites with large shift-change surges and manual labour, camera-based face recognition outperforms fingerprint readers because there is no contact, no single chokepoint, and every entrance with a camera can log attendance.

How do you handle contractor and temporary labour?

Enrolment is a short guided face scan that can be done from a phone, so a new gang can be registered in minutes at the gate rather than queueing at an office. Records for temporary workers can be retained separately and purged when the contract ends.

Will it work if workers wear helmets, masks or turbans?

Head coverings that leave the face visible are fine — turbans and hard hats are normal on Indian sites and do not block recognition. Anything covering the face itself will reduce reliability, which is why the feasibility check looks at your actual gate conditions before we commit to a result.

Can it replace our fingerprint machine entirely?

On most factory sites yes, and many run both briefly during changeover. The existing machine can stay as a fallback while the camera log is verified against it for a couple of weeks.

Does factory attendance integrate with payroll?

Yes. Shifts, late marks, half days and overtime are computed from the same log and exported for payroll, which removes the retyping step where most attendance errors are actually introduced.
