How face recognition attendance actually works
There is no new hardware in this system. The work happens in software, on the camera feeds you already record.
Enrol each person once, from a phone
A short guided face scan builds the reference. No enrolment hardware, no visit to an office — the scan can be done on the employee's own phone in under a minute.
The entrance camera does the identification
As people walk through, faces are matched against the enrolled list. Several people can enter together; each is logged separately, at normal walking pace, without stopping or touching anything.
Every record carries its frame
Each attendance entry stores the exact image the recognition came from. A disputed half-day is settled by looking at the photograph, not by arguing about the register.
The log flows into shifts and payroll
Late marks, half days and overtime are derived from the same camera-written log, so the hours actually worked are the hours paid — with no retyping in between.
