Is the audit really free, and what is the catch?+
It is free and there is no obligation. The audit is how we find out whether your cameras can run PGAK well; if they cannot, we say so and you keep the report. We only earn if you later choose to switch the AI on.
Do you need to visit my site?+
Usually not. The audit is done remotely from your existing feeds: temporary DVR or NVR access, or three to five short clips per camera that you send us. A site visit is arranged only if the feeds cannot be reached.
What do I get in the report?+
Five things: a 0–100 placement and feed-quality score for each camera, a face-recognition readiness report, a blind-spot and coverage map, a false-alarm analysis, and a CCTV-based attendance feasibility check.
Will you tell me if my cameras are not good enough?+
Yes. Low cameras, backlit gates and poor night feeds are common, and the report says exactly which cameras fall short and what a fix would involve. Telling you that up front costs less than a bad deployment later.
Do I need to buy new cameras or hardware first?+
No. The audit runs on the cameras you already own, and so does PGAK. Where a camera genuinely cannot do the job the report says so, and the decision stays with you.
