Can AI CCTV replace our biometric attendance machine?

For most offices, yes. Face recognition at the entrance produces the same attendance record with no queue, no contact and nothing for staff to carry. Sites usually run both for a fortnight and then retire the machine.

Is face recognition legal for employee attendance in India?

Using it for attendance with employee notice and consent is standard practice, and PGAK is built to support that: processing stays on your premises, templates are stored instead of images, and access is role-controlled. We are not lawyers — check your own HR policy — but the technical controls you'd need are all in place.

Will it alert us every time the cleaning staff move at night?

No. Enrol them once and they're recognised as known people. You can also set schedules so expected activity in expected hours doesn't escalate.
