How it works
Read number plates and search supported vehicle attributes such as colour and vehicle type.
Where it could help your business
Review vehicle entry at a business park or housing society.
Test the actual Indian plates, approach angles and speeds seen at your entrance. Include two-wheelers, dirty plates and headlights after dark. Ask for the original plate image beside the recognised text so mistakes can be spotted and corrected.
What your camera setup needs
Confirm Indian plate support, capture angle, vehicle speed and night performance. Dedicated capture hardware may be needed.
Can my existing CCTV camera read number plates?
Possibly, if the plate is captured at a suitable size and exposure. A wide overview camera may not provide enough detail. A dedicated plate-capture view can be necessary.
Check it on your own site
Bring a camera model list and explain the event you want to find or detect. We can use that to scope a compatibility assessment. Ask for a written proposal naming the supported functions, processing hardware, licences and pilot checks before agreeing to an installation.
