Face-based attendance needs a camera that sees faces at a usable size at the entrance. Feasibility is checked on your own gate footage first.
How it is calculated
Hours released = before − after. Value = hours × hourly cost. Payment correction is a separate, evidenced line.
Worked example
30 admin hours a month falling to 8, at ₹400 an hour, with a verified ₹5,000 payment correction.
22 hours released, worth ₹8,800 as capacity, with the ₹5,000 correction shown separately.
